Doodles, Dreams, and Dialogue: My Story featured on Plenty.
I recently sat down for a fun interview with Plenty in my West End studio to discuss my creative journey from Toronto roots and Saturday morning cartoons to my current work in global design and fine art. We dove into my daily routines and the story of the beloved family pet that sparked the Billion Buns universe. It was a great chance to reflect on my practice and share where the work is heading next.
AI Art Is Boring AF.
Gonna go against the grain here.
I’ve been seeing way too much AI art generated through Midjourney and similar tools, and honestly, I’m sick and tired of it. Everyone’s making AI animations, photos, and videos. Sure, it looks slick at first glance, but it’s boring, predictable, and often just plain creepy. The weird movements, bad lip-syncing, and strange glitches, like sunglasses fused into the side of someone’s face, are hard to ignore.
